Just paid the bill after phone been off its been 4 days since bill was paid and it is still not on how do I talk to someone to resolve the issue

Yeah I can message my son to call them but when you do it just ask if phone is stolen
Or fraud if u click no which it isn't it hangs up

0800 587 4005 is currently the best one to try. I used it yesterday and got through with no waiting.
