Hi,

Last month i moved my payment date and set up a DD, They took extra monies for the overlap dates.

This month, no DD has been taken and i have received calls and texts saying that if i dont pay in 3 days i will be charged extra and discontinued calls.

I have gone into my account and paid the 2 airtime bills that are showing as o/s and notice that the device plan is showing as paid, however i have just received another generated call from 02 saying that i need to pay my device plan today,

I have tried to call as i believe this is urgent as like many people im working form home but just get cut off - Help
