I’ve just had a text saying unable to process my latest bill but it’s not due till the 21st. So don’t know what I’m meant to do. Thank you

I’ve just had same text just now 6.25pm saying unable to access bill I opened it does that mean I’m at risk ? I didn’t enter details

No risk as long as you didn't give them any details.
