I cant pay my bill until the 16th April. The amount is due now, I cant get through to 02 to speak to an advisor

I'm at my wits end now. Cant get through to 02. Held on for an hour and 15 mins. I've emailed. They're not taking emails, no calls. I feel like crying. I cant get cut off.
