I received the following text today “O2: Payment for your latest bill could not be processed by your bank. Please update your payment information via: [link removed]
Yet on my o2 account shows the bill is paid and it’s pending to come out of my bank tomorrow. Is this a fraud text?

It’s a scam and has been reported frequently on here.

It's a well known scam.

Block the number and do not follow any links.

Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.

I’ve been trying to ring o2 about changing my payment to a different date this month but cannot seem to get through at all. I work for the nhs and been in self isolation for near enough 3 weeks due to my daughter having symptoms , is there any other way to contact o2 about swapping the date of payment? Thanks
