My name is Keith Pioli, I have recieved a payment request for my O2 account which you kindly helped to change to Giff Gaff with the same number, I did close my account with a lot of difficulty and fully paid for my device, it really has destressed me why I would get a demand for payment from O2 when I am no longer with you, so please can you help me I am a 75 year old pensioner and on my contract ending decided I could not afford to stay with O2 and tried to find a contract I could afford and that was a pay monthly one, so can you please please help me Thank you

This is not O2.
