Is the bill far in excess than you expected? If so you need to check myO2 for details of where the extra charges arose from - remember premium rate numbers etc MMS message can all add to your bill. If it's down to useage contact O2 and ask for a spending cap to be put in place.

You should be able to check if you look in My O2
