Bill

Why is my bill never the same? It’s supposed to be £39.95. Per month. I’d like you to look at the bills that you have taken and refund me the outstanding. You have been taking £40+ and my contract is £39.95. It doesn’t add up

You can check your own bills in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 which gives you a full breakdown of charges. 

O2 will not refund you for using your phone and incurring charges. 

It may be MMS messages or premium rate numbers etc but check your MyO2 first.
