Hello, I have been trying to get hold of you.
My bank is saying that for some reason you haven’t taken my full bill? I pay £29 for my device & £29 for airtime. One of the £29 looks like it has gone back into my account. Can someone check this for me

I will normally only go back into your bank if there are insufficient funds or you exceed an agreed overdraught. Make sure you have alternate funds when you call them.

If the payment was late at all, any payment made will take a couple of days to clear. The system is automatic and will cut service until the payment clears against your account.
