I'm a transfer from talktalk and was supposed to get a £10 reduction on tariff but first bill does not show this.

@SteveG295 You can call customer service and ask, but I would imagine that as you're a new customer it's more likely to turn up on your second month's bill. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
