Bill

I have changed my tarriff it costs same as old tarriff just gone for less mins and texts and upped data but now have a bill for £44
Why is this I am not happy

Hi @honpon

Probably due to it being your first bill on your new tariff... so there could be a pro rata amount outstanding from the last one

Have a look in My O2 for a breakdown of your bill. See if you have two seperate billing periods. If you can give us a breakdown of the charges we may be able to help further.

Also please be aware that this isn't customer service. You can call 202 for an explanation of all charges on your account.

At a guess you have added another tariff to your account. I'd call customer services at 8.00am to check.

I have been charged £19 for tarriff £13 odd for calls £3 for a bolt on why have I been charged minutes when I was on a tarriff which had unlimited minutes and changed to one with 500 mins just don’t get it if I’m paying in advance
