Probably due to it being your first bill on your new tariff... so there could be a pro rata amount outstanding from the last one

Have a look in My O2 for a breakdown of your bill. See if you have two seperate billing periods. If you can give us a breakdown of the charges we may be able to help further.
Also please be aware that this isn't customer service. You can call 202 for an explanation of all charges on your account.
