Hi @Karen you need to contact customer service ASAP & talk to them. They maybe able to put you on a payment plan or you will get cut off & a default on your credit score

I’d strongly advise you to try and borrow the money off a friend or other family member to pay o2 as a missed payment to o2 will cause a lot of future grief.
Definitely you must call and speak to the payment management team but findtthe money to pay some way will be your best choice.

@Karen If you can't find the money from somewhere and get put on a payment plan, O2 will curtail the use of your phone, but that's a better option than being cut off completely.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
