Upgraded last month. Told it was £38 a month. Bill this month is £53 not including device plan. No way am I paying this....Has to be wrong.

Log into your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and check why. You must have made calls or sent texts outside of your allowances.

Bear in mind that your first bill will be slightly higher due to the pro rata interim period but check in my O2 because I'm sure you have either sent MMS inadvertently or made calls not covered by your allowance.

If you don't pay it they will chase you for the money & you might end up with a default on your credit score
