Just returned from canada to a massive bill. Before i left i visited the O2 shop and got them to turn off roaming as I do not use this service. i have literly been billed for sending text message. To get this bill after I have told them to turn off all roaming to stop me getting billdss like this, and now i return to a massive bill for Oct and nov.

I want this sorted.

A harsh lesson in research before you go but the shop staff really should be knowledgeable about roaming and the best options to use. I know their job is to sell phones but any advice given should be factful .
