Anyone else had this issue, my bank statement is saying that the payment is pending like it has done every month for almost 2 years as a pay monthly customer, but when I sigh in to my o2 account it is saying that they still haven't received any payment? I work nights so hard to find the right time to call them. So wanted to try here 1st see if anyone else had experienced this

@Torie If you have service it can't be much of a problem, but is there some reason why you've waited two years to query this? Have you ever spoken to your bank or O2 previously about this issue?

Presumably all your bills are showing as paid so either My O2 wants resetting or your direct debit wants setting up again. Best to call them, don't use live chat for anything account related.
