Hello

I received a bill earlier on today for the amount of £70 but I am struggling to pay the full payment. Is it possible to pay the monthly bill in installments?

Thanks

Do not panic Andy, it happens to the best of us.

Explain the situation the customer services and they will help you out. Remember that do not want to be out of pocket.
You might be without reception though until you are in credit though.
Hope all goes well and do not stress yourself out over it.

You need to speak to customer service, they can sometimes arrange to make payment in two sums but I doubt they will break it down to monthly payments.

Thanks.

I have never missed a payment on this contract or my previous contract. This should be a one-off time for paying the balance in installments. If I could pay half when the bill is due and then pay the other half when I get paid the week later, that would really help me out

I'm sure they will do that for you. Just have a word and they may even keep you connected if you can make an initial payment over the phone or online.

Good luck, let us know how you get on.

Will do. The payment goes out on the 28th of the month and I could make the second payment on the 5th of december.

I have just spoken to o2 and they have said that the separate payments are fine. I have had to cancel the direct debit set up for them but will have to phone them back on the 28th to pay half the bill and still set up the direct debit for December.

That's good news, they are usually very understanding about these things. Glad you have sorted it for your own peace of mind.:smileyhappy:
