Hi, my bill is constantly coming on too expensive I have been an o2 customer for my whole life and as a key worker I wanted to ask if there’s any way you could reevaluate my contract payments as I have consistently paid hidden chargers and vat etc on my mobile and I don’t even have insurance to repair my badly damaged screen.

Hi @Cainclifford

This isn't O2. You need to contact them. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Just to add, your vat should be inclusive unless you are on a business contract. Re your screen damage, I would look at getting that repaired at a mobile repair shop, which will work out cheaper than sending it to O2.

Check help here to avoid charges on your bill over the normal contract amount.

Guide: Tips to avoid unexpected charges on your bill

and here for what is included in your allowances Guide: Your Allowances - what is and isn't included

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
