Hi

Just wondering if anyone knows why the time stamp on the bill usage breakdown for UK browse and download is often listed as time 0:00:00.

I am looking to reclaim some of my data costs from work so will need to provide evidence that the data was used to help me work from home (I had to buy a new SIM as my data allowance was minimal so worked out cheaper than constant bolt ons during lockdown) but some times are listed as normal I.e. 19:26:34 but a lot are listed as 00:00:00 (namely the ones I need to claim back)

Apologies if it's a silly question, but I want to make sure I can explain it when I'm asked by work if that makes sense?

Thanks in advance

Not a silky question: Data is charged by the MB (Megabyte) and the period runs midnight to midnight, @LikkleAli. Or from month to month for a PAYG big bundle.

Don't know if that helps..

@LikkleAli

Simply put, it's when O2 round up all the days data use.

Their systems always update at midnight each day.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
