I've just set up a pay monthly, sim only contract, it was £18. I agreed to £18 a month.
I've had it 2 /3 days. Used the Internet out and about once.
No calls. Hardly any text. Mostly my own WIFI at home.
Yet my bill is going to be £19.80. Why is this? I didn't agree to it. There has even no extras. I've used it 2/3 days!

if you setup the contract prior to 25th March it will be the Annual Price increase which you agreed to when you read and accepted the T&C's
If after the 25th March it could be the pro rata'd days between sim card arriving and your billing date.

It will be the Retail Price Index (RPI) which happens to every company annually.
