Hi does anyone know why o2 stopped sending out Bill reminders.

They now send me one wanting to know why I have not paid my bill yet, I forget because they don't remind me that is why. Does anyone else have this problem.

No, I have a direct debit, but still get an email 2 weeks before it's taken from my bank.

I get a text and email stating my bill is available to view. Thats all the reminder I need as I pay by DD and know it will be taken 2 weeks later
