Hi there I was wondering if someone would be able to help my 2 phone bills are due and I haven’t yet got that government payment thing and a don’t wanna be cut of I should have it by next week hopefully so if someone could contact would be much appreciated thanks for your time

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
