Hi
I have recently been charged by o2 for a phone call which I didn't make. My monthly bill which is usually no more than £45-50 was in excess of £95 last month. o2 says it is because I made a call to north america, but when I looked on my calls list I realised that I had accidentally pressed numbers which were registered as
+1(669) 900-6833,,996964941#
which has been inadvertently recognised as a call.
Do I have any chance of getting the money back for this 'non-call'?
