I made some international calls on my o2 number,I am on a monthly plan.I was making the call not knowing that I am being charged,I thought that the international rate is added automatically. I checked my bill it is now 921£.I tried to contact the customer care for help,they said I am supposed to register for the bolt on.I wanted to subscribe for the installmental payment to offset the bill.they said I only have 6 months to pay.I can’t afford this now,I just lost my mum and this is really affecting me.PLEASE what can I do again.I am getting fed up

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
