I have payed my bill,but it says that i have payed my bill yet.

Depending on how you paid it can take upto 48hrs to update if paid by card, and upto 7 working days if paid by BAC's

 

You can always call the Payment Management on 0800 902 0217 and they can advise

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
