Strange times and strange problems, @Millie2.
If you are sure you are using the correct MyO2 account, you can go in and see when payment was made, and see the payment reference in "View and Download my bills" section.
If it is still a concern after checking your account, and the bill detail when your next bill is issued does not show a credit to your account, then you will need to call O2 for further info, we have no access to your account here on the Forum.

I'd like to get someone on our end to look into this for you to see what the issue might be. We're not aware of any issues on our end, but just to be cautious we'd like to take a closer look to see what's happening with the payments.
