Hello

I just gotten a text from O2 that I need to fix my payment details otherwise I will be charged extra fees.

Now, I don't quite understand it as it was never an issue and upon checking again my details are still the same.

I'm wondering though it this a scam or really a joke .... as I'm not really impressed by that.

It came from this number 07587165541

O2: We are unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid fees, please update your payment information via (and there was a link).

I have nothing to update as everything is correct and never have I ever had any issue once.

I'm very confused about what to here (esp. when it completely impossible to speak to anyone in O2).

Thanks for your advice in advance!

Best

Zuzana

Hi @Cleoriff

Thanks a lot for the recommendation. I've followed your steps.

However, I've clicked on the link - I filled in my house details but I didn't fill in my billing infomration as I thought it was very strange and why do I need to do this since all is on the app.

I didn't report to Action Fraud though. I'm a victim of a fraud (lost huge amount of money) and they haven't done anything about it... I don't trust them sadly.

Thanks

@Zuzka

It doesn't matter if you clicked on the link as long as you didn't give any bank details etc etc etc.

You should be fine now. thumbsup
