Been trying to pay my bill since Friday coming up problem with my bank no problem with bank at all keeps saying couldn't process payment helppp rang o2 said would be sorted by 9th March

You need to pay to avoid getting cut off and late payment fees. 

A direct debit is the best way to pay your bills.

In my case o2 produces the bill on the 25th of each month and they take the payment on the 8/9 of the following month.I think that’s what they are trying to tell you.Have you a direct debit in place as a back up?

No it's not letting me pay by my card bank card is fine but o2 are saying it can't be processed I never do dd with o2 always pay by card never had a problem in years they are saying they will sort it but nothing is happening

If I were you, I would try and pay some other way for now, maybe a direct bank transfer, as O2 will not hesitate to mark you down for late payment, even if it is their fault.
