I don't currently have access to my online banking, Barclays seems to be getting errors on the app and waiting on the phone for so long isn't worth the time.

This is what I see when I go onto my O2, does this mean that my bill has been paid?

Both parts of your bill, I'd say, yes, @CalumPye.

Your next bill due after 5th May has not been yet tho, always paid a month in advance.

It says paid with a tick next to it so therefore it seems to be paid.

The bill due for payment in june? I assumed as much. 

Thank you for being clear. 

 

Its nothing major, just I keep a record of all my outgoings and cant access my online banking to check. so Im kinda doing it blind this month xD

If you go into Vew and Download bills, in the Web version of MyO2, it will let you see your payment history, very helpful for reconciling payments too, @CalumPye :

Turns out the "Paid" with a tick means absolutely nothing as I was charged this morning. 

Pointless showing that if it doesn't mean anything.

It DOES mean it's paid. If you have any issues with being charged twice then you MUST contact O2

All numbers in this guide. The one ending 4005 seems to have the highest success rate when aontacting customer services.
