Bill paid if full, still stated as outstanding!

I paid my bill in full via phone as it was overdue, the automated payment line informed me it will all switch back on in 10 minutes.
My bill via phone and My02 app shows its outstanding asif i’ve not paid.
Please help

It can take up to 24 hours sometimes but will probably update around midnight. 

If not call customer service on 202 in the morning. 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
