Bill paid but not reflected in My O2...

My bill has been paid and monies have left my bank account but payment is not reflecting in My O2 and I keep getting texts and phone calls stating that it is outstanding..I have tried calling and opening a chat session but call will not be taken... Don't want to be cut off...

@TjB The texts and calls may be scams. If you've paid your bill and you can see that the money has left your account there's little you can do. Your MyO2 page may just be slow updating. Getting through to customer service is extremely difficult at the moment.
