Bill overpayment?

Hi,I have 2 contract phones on my plan, which suggests I get the family deal and receive the 20% off but for last month I payed £59 & you took an additional £6 then this month I paid £61 and you took the £6 again, it doesn't say why on my bill break down, can you help why?

That sounds abit strange.
I hope you haven't subscribed to any extras. So check your bill and look for any additional charges added.

Call O2 customer service for more support. The best number to reach is the one ending with 4005
