Hi I'm in the Maldives and just received a bill with over £100 in data charges. When I arrived I got a text advising this would be capped at £51. Why is it so high? And what can I do to prevent further charges?

The cap is per billing cycle so if your bill has been generated since you arrived, the cap has been reset.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I'm just a customer like yourself and I cannot access your account.
You need to ask O2, sorry.
