Bill notifications

Hi
I was wondering if there is any way to have a notification of your bill sent as a text or email when it's due. Since it's gone online I don't think I've ever checked it.

I'm afraid not. You get the normal email to your inbox to tell you that your bill can now be viewed online but there is no way to request it by text or to see a detailed bill in your inbox.
You can see the bill on 'my o2' on your mobile.

Hi and thanks for your reply.
I don't get any notifications whatsoever. It could possibly be that my over zealous spam filter is deleting it but I don't know what email address to whitelist.

Also check with cs that they actually have the email address you use, systems default to an o2 email address that is created with your phone contract. If you don't use it and you haven't told them any different you won't be getting the emails they send out.
