Hi,

If you both believe your bill is icorrect then go into your My02 and print the bill

and or contact 02 using 202 from your phone or Live Chat to ask for a breakdown.

V.A.T would play a part too.

Do you have insurance on your phone? Ifo so, that is why your bill is larger.

However, my bill for June is £52.07 on a £27 a month tariff! Eh?! I don't go over my minutes, I have infinite texts, and 750 Mb data, of which I only ever use less than half.
