Hello dear team member i have £44.00 plan but from last month its increase to £49.00. Please explain me why this happen. I want pay my pending installments in onece time.

To pay off your device plan you need to contact O2. 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best time to call is around 8.00am
