I just changed phones and tarriffs, and my first bill is for an incorrect amount. Can anyone tell me how to report this to o2? The customer service line won't accept a call on the subject, chat is disabled, and online application just takes me round in a circle. HELP!

There may be a few days extra to pay, depending when you took out your contract. There is also the oril RPI added
