Bill higher than expected

Hi, could you tell me why I have been charged £58.20 this month when my bill should be much lower than that? I have had a discount applied 25% off but I am unsure whether it has actually been applied. I think my bill is suppose to be £36.

You should be looking at your bill to see why it is higher than you expect @Rebeccamarley.
