I have been with O2 for years but my husband transferred from VM, our payments go out from the same joint account. Payments go out OK but we have never been able to see a bill for his phone. My O2 just shows my number. I have tried adding his phone in My O2 - if I go to Manage my Details, Add other Phone, there are only 2 options Landline and International. I'm not on Social Media and when I tried ringing 202, I got cut off and then told wait time was 30 minutes!

You need a seperate login for the second phone.
You will need to keep trying O2.
Call early morning around 8.00am for the best chance.
Or stay silent when you call and the IVR answers. You will be put through if you say nothing.
