There are posts dating back as far as 2013 regarding Bill print/download issues. Nothing seems to work for me in Chrome, EDGE is no good, IE seems to eventually cooperate after a cache flush. If anybody from O2 monitors these posts, it's about time somebody prioritised your IT guys to fix this.
