Bill date

I have always had my payment date as the 15th or closest to tbat but am.now aware payment is due on 30th....My pay goes in on 15th....Please resolve

Hi @Gazbo

You will need to contact customer services to make any change to your billing date

Your bill would be generated on the 15th and due for payment 2 weeks later on the 30th.
Bill dates never change unless you take a brand new unlinked contract.
