Why am I being charged for a full monthly bill for 2 phones when we can't receive calls are make calls with disruption in Dromore area of Co.Down.
The mast has now been down for several weeks, the problem was scheduled to fixed in the 1st week of May and is now reporting the 15th May.

Surprisingly, O2 do not guarantee coverage 100% - nor does Three, EE, or any other mobile company.
Best you can do is contact O2 via 202, or via one of the Social Media channels (listed in the link below this post) and highlight to them the bind you are in. You may get a token goodwill payment, perhaps, maybe.
Meantime, as you have functioning broadband in your area, try out WiFi calling, where your phone will use your WiFi signal for calls, https://www.o2.co.uk/help/network-coverage-and-international/wifi-and-4g-calling
Or use an app, like WhatsApp - both you and the called party need to use it though.
And download the My Network app for O2 and set it up so it automatically logs back to O2 that you are having signal issues.
