My name is Yewande SHODUNKE, order no: Msxxxxxxxxx. Ordered 2 phones from your company on the 22nd of December, 2021. Called your team reporting that orders has not been delivered, l was reassured that it will this week. Orders not received till now, sims received last week, not activated as phones yet to arrive. To my surprise direct debit taken out already. I cannot be charged for the phones or sim l have not activated. Can you please look into this? Hope to read from u soonest.
