I left during my cooling 14 day off period by using a PAC code and the account isn't found any more either so I can't get into it.
Why am I still getting a £92 bill via email

I called a few times about bills that ended up going nowhere until I got "bye" and was hung up on.
The fact I'm no doubt PAYING to try and get help makes this worse and seeing as I'm not with O2 anymore I can't even get free calls.
I actually even called O2 before I even left to ask about the leaving fee I spotted and was told I wouldn't be hit with it and the service just doesn't recognize the cooling-off preiod.
