I paid my bill in full but still have no service and myo2 is saying I have not paid bill and need to pay bill. I have confirmation code that I paid the bill. Is there any o2 person that deals with bill payment help?

Only customer service.

If you were cut off it could take upto 48 hours to reconnect you.

Keep rebooting phone.

there are a few of us online now, however, we are quite limited in what we can do due to lack of system access and customer account information

 

I believe o2 is looking in to getting call centre staff online and working from home but it may be a while before that's implemented

 

so as it stands, we can only offer general advice and support

Yes but operator said would have service back in 10minutes so I waited beyond that time, turn phone off and back on and still had no service. Then went into MyO2 and it still says I need to pay my bill.
