Bill Pay issue

Hello

My dad have a phone at the bill in O2, they suppost to take the money from his bank account(with Direct Debit) but they didn't we were checking if O2 take a money for the bill but it didn't happend. They send another bill wich is twice high than last one. We are rally disappoited of that situation, I was consider take a contract with O2 but in this situation I probably change my mind becuase why I would like to pay twice that much money if it's even isn't my mistake because money was on accont.

Hi Kuba,
Although it is regrettable that there seem to have been an issue with your dad's direct debit, he would know that the payment was not taken by online banking and even O2 would have been able to advise of this.
Inevitably it is the customer responsibility to pay so if you know direct debit was not taken you would know the bill would still be ready for payment and can make a card payment as such.
