I'm new to O2 and agreed to accept at the outset three bill credits of £20 per month for my second, third, and fourth bills. The second bill for April did not show the the £20 credit. Is there anything I can do since I expect that the third bill for next month (May) will also fail to show the £20 credit. I am loathe to ring the customer service line which must be so busy with other people's urgent stuff. Is there an email address I can can use to raise the point or should I just wait until all this virus stuff is over. Any suggestions gratefully received, thank you
