I'm new to O2 and agreed to accept at the outset three bill credits of £20 per month for my second, third, and fourth bills. The second bill for April did not show the the £20 credit. Is there anything I can do since I expect that the third bill for next month (May) will also fail to show the £20 credit. I am loathe to ring the customer service line which must be so busy with other people's urgent stuff. Is there an email address I can can use to raise the point or should I just wait until all this virus stuff is over. Any suggestions gratefully received, thank you 😉👍

There isnt an email to contact them at the moment so you would need to speak to customer services, if you can wait till things calm down then you will get through easier.

There isnt an email to contact them at the moment so you would need to speak to customer services, if you can wait till things calm down then you will get through easier.
