Hello,
I have been reading various articles on the O2 website about bill breakdowns and pro rata's of the first bill etc, however my question is unrelated to that and I wondering how I contact someone who can explain my bill including any promotional credits I have?
My confusion comes from receiving a goodwill gesture and separately a promotional discount but I can't see how they are calculated due to the fact the whole invoice negates VAT until the end. I have multiplied each value by 20% but that didn't completely help me because I had different promotions at different times and even with the VAT they didn't total what I was expecting.
In short my question is how do I chat with O2 regarding this, preferable via email or chat because I don't have an easy way to make phone calls.

I wouldn't trust this to live chat.
