Big bundle error

Hi, I am trying to renew the big bundle and unable to do that, keeps coming back as an error. Got credit on account but can't use it.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X)  (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Did you sort this @Paulina4794 ? 

 

My immediate thought on seeing your post was that if you have a Big Bundle and sufficient credit on your PAYG account, it should auto-renew. I have certainly never manually renewed my Big Bundles. 👍

@Paulina4794  may not have sufficient credit to renew the required bundle.

Without further info, we can guess all day and still be wrong, hence the advice already given.

Equally, although stating a big bundle, it could be a rolling plan, which cannot be renewed from credit, but I'm sure customer services will have it sorted by now.
