Can anyone confirm of the minutes and texts included in the Big Bundle tariffs are to any netwrok or just to o2 numbers?

I am currently on a simplicity tariff that has minutes to any netwrok and texts to any netwrok but only 500mb of data. I was hoping to vhange to a big bundle to avail of more data..but only if the minutes and texts are applicable to all UK networks and landlines..?
